Excellent customer service. Amir and Jadon, the technicians, were so clean and thorough. They were right on time and they took their time with me to explain what they were doing and gave me tips for how to take care of my unit throughout the summer.

Kern, from Veterans Air kept me informed throughout the process for a bi-annual maintenance. He showed up on time, completed the maintenance and shared reports with me. The ac is a new unit, and under maintenance program.

Technician Kenny was pleasant and polite. I am very pleased with his work. He assisted me in setting the 5, 2 thermostat settings. He completed a detailed and thorough inspection and reviewed his findings with me so I could understand them clearly, using picture evidence.
