My technician Mr Gerald was professional and informative his timing was on point he did a great job by replacing faulty wire in thermostat and stated I’ve been doing a great job with my maintenance at home I recommend them 100%😊

I can say enough about Florida air and their staff. They are knowledgeable, caring, and no matter what you call them for they will be there in a heartbeat. If I could give them 20 stars, I would.

Kern did a good job and provided quality assessment of our A.C. unit. He was nice, informative, and clean. My only complaint is that he was 2.5 hours late to his 4 hour window we were given. Which is frustrating to not know until we were 3 hours into the initial time window. A little more/better/earlier communication would had been appreciated. I understand emergencies pop up, but don't waste my time or the time of other customers. Not Kerns fault, this is on the business leadership and how they run their organization.

I’m an old Fl-Heat and Air customer and was concerned when I learned they were purchased by Veteran Air. I had my semi annual service today performed by Kern (Veteran Air legacy) and I could not be happier. I’m not sure we’ve ever had a more thorough maintenance performed. Kern had Pictures of everything, before and after, produced a tech sheet of concerns or things to watch, addressed my specific concerns (condensate pumps) and was absolutely professional, cordial, quiet and respectful throughout the process. Thanks to Kern, I re upped on the annual maintenance and now have full confidence in Veteran Air.

I was called and informed of an estimated arrival time. The Tech and apprentice arrived as estimated and expected. They informed me of the service being provided, made suggestions to extend the life of my AC equipment and showed the results of their cleaning, etc.. I am a member of the AC tune-up club and pay $249 for 2 services annually.

Both gentlemen that came out were phenomenal. Very professional and knowledgeable.

My tech came out within the time slot I was given and did his thing. He was friendly professional and courteous. He explained everything he had done and made sure I understood what he was explaining to me. I was so pleased with this ONE Tech that I set up maintenance plan with this company because I have to believe ALL their Technicians are going to be of the same caliber.

He was respectful, kind & kept me informed of everything he was doing,

4/30/2026 Christian and Ryan just completed the 1 year maintenance on my Air Conditioning system. They were both terrific: professional, engaging, informed, and taught me a few things I did not know. They worked well as a team and are both quite knowledgeable- both a testament to great representation of the company they work for. I look forward to having both of them continue to maintain my system in the years to come. Great work, gentlemen! Austin has now been here 2 days in a row still trying to diagnose the reason I have not had AC for almost 2 weeks in this heat. I am confused since I have had 3 companies and all 3 have different answers to that question. Austin is knowledgeable and professional. I hope is is right. More important I hope he can get me AC soon. Now I am waiting for estimates. Hope they are within my budget

We always have a great experience with the guys from FL-Air, now Veteran Air. Kern took care of all our maintenance needs and discussed all the pertinent details of his findings, and included pictures to help me understand what he was telling me, as well as to establish a baseline for future visits.

After I got over the initial shock of finding out that Mark Lang sold Florida Air to Veterans Air, I am feeling much better. Kern was the new associate or technician that came out this Afternoon to fix our plugged drainage line. Having been In executive leadership for nearly 50 years it is very easy for me to recognize talent and integrity in people. Kern has a future. He is living his dream right now. He is absolutely leadership material and I expect he’ll find his way there once the company begins to understand, what a great employee they have on their hands who is not only clean, very dependable and, very honest I am grateful to know Mark sold to a decent company that provides additional services and hope that you will give them a shot because I’m completely satisfied with today’s service!

Very nice and informative Have used them for my maintenance service. Mark was my neighbors son and when I needed a repair he was there in a timely manner. I was able to transfer my maintenance package to my new residence Mark was great about letting it cover my new place. I had an issue with a booking earlier in the week the tech did not call me to let me know he would not be out. It took three calls to be informed of that. Other than that I recommend Mark and his company
