My AC went out this week in April 2025. Got hot fast in the house, but FL-Air came out right away. Needed to order a new part and got installation scheduled with Brandt who expertly diagnosed the issue. There is a reason this company gets 5 Stars from so many. They are that good. I have used Mark Lange’s company since he started. He has built a company with people that convey his same sense of values in terms of quality work, timeliness, fairness, honesty, and integrity. In the HVAC world, that is an amazing thing. I would not use anyone else, and I have tried many others before I found Mark and team.
