Once again Fl-Air Heating & Cooling saves the day!!! They are in a league of their own. Such excellence and expertise this is the 2nd time they have effortlessly saved our A/C problem. There was an issue that another company was going to charge us 5 times more just to diagnose the problem. Fl - Air & Cooling came in and within minutes the air was back on and running perfectly withig minutes. True Pros!!This isn't the first time this has happened and they have saved us thousands of dollars. Hands down Fl-Air & Cooling is in a league of their own! We are so glad we called them because they are extremely honest, advanced in expertise, and true Professionals! They will be our only call from here on out! My new AC unit wasn’t working properly and they came out to check it out. They diagnosed the problem quickly, performed the proper maintenance and it was back up and running again. Great job! I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of the service representative.
After thorough evaluation, with past 2 Attempts at salvaging old Condensor and Air Handler over 2 Years, decision was made to install Brand New System and Work was finished in a DAY and freed from agonizing Hot & Humid wheather. Efficient ,Thorogh,Jobdone by Juan and James. Provided details of the new install and promise to register the system with Manufacturer of the equipment for 10 Year Warranty on Parts.

So grateful for FL-Air! I had an awful "maintenance appointment" with another company that said my entire AC needed to be replaced for 10k or I would cause a fire. I called FL-Air that evening, and they were at my house the next morning to give a second opinion. Alvino is knowledgeable, polite and professional. He explained multiple reasons why the other company was wrong. He wouldn't speak negatively about any other companies, which I appreciate, but he negated everything they said. He drove an hour to my house, first thing in the morning, and charged me nothing. He said there was nothing to fix. They are a true family-owned small business that is honest and affordable. I am switching to their annual maintenance plan which costs less than the one I had before. Highly recommend!

Staff were all professional and friendly from start to finish!! They were able to come out same day and quickly schedule services needed. They have gained a customer for life! Shout out to Brandt for making today’s service call informative and stress free. :)UPDATE! After some hard work it was determined my old unit was not fixable and we made the decision to replace it completely. We couldn’t be happier with the ease of the process. New units were installed today with old rotting wood replaced and everything is working as it should. FL-Air made what is typically a stressful process so stress free from start to finish!!
Scheduling was easy and when the tech Brandt came out he was super friendly. He quickly fixed our issue and helped things run a little more efficiently for the future.

Brandt was friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained things simply enough that I could understand. He resolved our clogged drain and made suggestions and improvements as preventative measures. Highly recommend FL-Air. Have been using them for several years. They are always top notch!
Had condensation coming out of my air handler in a 2 story home. I called and ask them if this was normal. Was worried because I have had drain li es get clogged in the past. They were pro active and came out a few hours later to check in the air handler. They back their work and always honest. I will support their business and give them the best reviews!! Would recommend them for any repairs needed or a new unit installed!!

This was my first time using FL Air heating and cooling and they were great. The communication was fantastic, always kept me updated as to timeline. There was a backordered part and they managed to find it and get it installed. Carla who answered the phone took the time to answer ALL my questions, and I had a LOT of them! HA! Alvin was the technician and he did a fantastic job of getting us back up and running! I plan on using them again when needed and would highly recommend giving them a call.
Troy was awesome ! Fast quick and knowledgeable ! He also didn’t rip me off like the other guys ! They are honest workers who deserve the business and understand the hardship! My wife and I called this company because we were having issues with our air conditioning unit blowing hot air. I had another company come out before I called Florida air heating and cooling, and I did not get much help, which led me to call this company. Number one I want to say how impressed I was by how quickly they were able to get out to us and whoever it was on the phone that helped me set up. The appointment was amazing. They sent out a young man named Brandt. From the moment he knocked on the door and I answered he was absolutely incredible. He was very informative and letting me know everything that he was going to do and check. And in my personal Opinion He went above and beyond of what he had to do for me and my family. Unfortunately, we found out that we have to get a whole new unit Because our compressor is discontinued. But obviously, that is no fault to this company at all. Brandt wrote us up a quote and again was very informative on what would have to happen and what we could do to replace our system And he was very respectful the whole time. I know I have said a lot in this review, but I really am impressed with this company and the young man that was Sent out to my house. Most people dread these types of services because you know that you’re going to get scammed or somebody’s looking to just make money for themselves. But I truly believe that Brandt enjoys doing what he does, and I can tell that he takes it personal when he cannot help A customer right away. I can tell you this right now we are looking at finances is trying to figure out how we can replace the unit and what we should do, but whatever our next step is, it will include this company! If you’re looking for a heating and air-conditioning company, do yourself a favor and call these people, and I don’t know if you can request somebody to come out but if you can get Brandt I promise you want him! But I’m sure a company like this is full of good service men and women just like him!
