The ONLY AC company I will use from now on

This is the ONLY AC company I will use from now on. Called Mark up to get a quote on a new system because my current system is a 10yr old Trane but has never worked as expected since I moved in 5 yrs ago. I’ve done bi-annual maintenance, filter changes monthly and had 3 separate AC companies provide maintenance over the 5 years with at least 6 different service techs. All said the unit was working as expected and was in good shape. I’ve never been able to keep the house in the late summer afternoon heat under 78-80 degrees. We tried to never use the oven in the summer because it would heat the house to over 80 degrees. When Mark stopped by, instead of talking price/units and what he could provide, he simply asked what was wrong and went out to check the unit. Literally within 15 minutes, he said he thought the system might be wired wrong and it wasn’t hitting the second speed. Within 1.5 hours, he re-wired the condenser, the air handler/furnace, and the thermostat. My AC is now working as designed and my home has never been more comfortable. I’m getting 58-60 degrees out of my supply vents now. Previously, I was getting 68-73 degrees. Sorry Trane, I was badmouthing your product for years because I thought it was subpar and because 3 separate companies said it was working as designed. Mark mentioned a lot of techs don’t understand the more complex design of Tranes and it needs to be done correctly right from the start. Mark, you are a life saver and your company is the only one I WILL EVER USE!

Well, the owner of the company was downright honest on what the house needed, he and his guys delivered in spades…. My ductwork was 95% destroyed ( we found out yesterday a squirrel was getting in, the squirrel is no longer in this world….) and did massive damage to my ductwork, i din’t even know how my new house was cooling. The house cool faster and better, he set it in a way were i get more cool air to the rooms i needed the most. They did and excellent job i highly recommend this company and mind you i don’t speak highly on anyone unless they deserved it, i don’t kiss ass. the work was excellent and they did exactly what i was quoted for. I recommend this company. but like always i say have multiple quotes.

When I bought my new townhouse, the inspector warned me that the A/C unit probably only had about 5 years left on it, since it was the original unit. Fast forward 5 years and right on schedule...the coils freeze up and there's excessive dripping. My folks recommended these guys for their great customer service and they weren't wrong. With a Florida summer right around the corner, I was ready for a replacement. We negotiated a fair price on a new unit and scheduled a convenient time on my calendar for the work to be done. It was over quicker and so much cleaner than I expected in the end. Highly recommend this team!

This is an update to my initial review of FL-AIR Heating & Cooling almost a year ago. HVAC tech Brandt came to my home yesterday to perform routine maintenance on our air handler. He arrived on time. His manner was courteous and professional. Brandt's work was both careful and thorough from start to finish.

During a previous appointment Brandt noticed that the insulation on the inside of the handler's front panel was peeling off. He spray-glued it back into place and anchored the perimeter with a strong adhesive tape. I appreciate that he pays attention to the details.

Before leaving, Brandt gave me a brief verbal summary of all the items he had checked and serviced. In a nutshell, my experience with FL-Air has been excellent. I give them my highest recommendation.

I have since called them on multiple occasions for my mother's A/C repairs and for my own service and repairs. They have extended office hours, which is convenient for those that work during regular business hours. The office staff and the technicians are very friendly and have gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs as quickly as possible. Brandt has been our technician each time we've needed someone to come out, and we love him!
