In my opinion the company did a great service for me. After I have called and talked with them they sent a technician out and he was here right on time that we agreed upon. He was professional in his duties diagnosing the problem we had with our air conditioning equipment. The parts were ordered, they called and let me know the parts were in and scheduled the time for the technician to come out, the technicians was here on the agreed time. Brandon was our technician who did the diagnosed and did the work installing our parts, he worked very professional steady, and finished in a timely manner. I feel the company should be very proud of Brandon to represent their company the way he did very professional. Their prices were reasonable. I would definitely highly recommend their company. I would definitely use them in the future. I also feel that they have great service plans I would definitely recommend those also.

As always, first class and top-notch service! Our service tech Bobby was on time as scheduled and did a very thorough regular maintenance check-up on our AC system. He gave a complete and thorough explanation of everything he did and an update on the state of our AC system.

Very efficient at installation. Friendly and informative. Reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend them.

UPDATE: My Unit "froze up" on July 4th. Left message and they called me back at 8 am the next morning. A tech arrived before 8:30. Problem found, temporary fix made, and scheduled to be back to trace the leak this week. Very pleased with the response time and looking forward to getting the leak taken care of.

It was time for our AC maintenance check that was part of our maintenance plan. Our service man showed up on time and did a thorough maintenance check on our system! We were impressed by the prompt service and knowledgeable service personnel. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family!

We are always very pleased with the results and the cost is always very reasonable. Anytime I have any heating or air conditioning needs I know who to call. Austin has now been here 2 days in a row still trying to diagnose the reason I have not had AC for almost 2 weeks in this heat. I am confused since I have had 3 companies and all 3 have different answers to that question. Austin is knowledgeable and professional. I hope is is right. More important I hope he can get me AC soon.
Now I am waiting for estimates. Hope they are within my budget

Today’s visit by Brandon was scheduled to check on Newly installed RHEEM 2 Ton Heat Pump in August 2025. Brandon was thorough and went over Condenser,Air handler,Duct work,Insulation in the Attic as well as Thermostat.

Very accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. It’s nice to know there are still locally owned businesses that you can trust and rely upon. Highly recommend!

Very professional great job

Today Brandon Boudreau with Fl-Air Heating & Cooling did 3 and a half hours of hot sweaty work in my attic removing years of growth and just nastiness from the two air handlers in my south Tampa attic. This entailed basically disassembling both handlers, removing and cleaning both blowers, cleaning electrical and all surfaces. He further installed UV lights in both units to prevent future buildups. He worked tirelessly and quietly.

I’ve used Fl-Air Heating & Cooling for years now. They are big enough to meets our needs and keep their Techs up to date, but they are still small enough to be responsive when we need them the most. Their Techs are friendly, professional and respectful and their prices are very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

These people really know their stuff and care about doing a good job. My problem was complex as my copper lines routed thru walls failed and had to be rerouted. The owner actually came out to see that it was done right.
