The service I received from my initial dealing with Tony through our install with Travis and Dustin were great! All responded quickly to our emergency and provided excellent service. Travis took pride in his work and explained all issues and took the time to take us through our new system. All were true professionals who provided excellent service at a fair price. Highly recommend!

Brandt did a great job of diagnosing and repairing the issue with my air conditioning, he also cleaned out the drain pipe for my air handler. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and timely. I am very pleased with FL-Air Heating and Cooling!

Excellent from start to finish. Within 3 hours of flling out a request online, Brandon came to give us a second opinion on a quote for full system replacement. He confirmed we needed a new system, and proposed 4 options. We chose the best option, which directly compared with the original company quote was $9,000 cheaper! Installation was in two business days. The crew did an excellent job of removal and replacement, with exceptional cleanliness and no damage to our home. Nate came to install the Wi-FI thermostat and the system is running great. Top notch experience from start to finish.

I’ve been using this AC company for years, and they’ve always delivered exceptional service. I even purchased my new unit from them, and their maintenance plan is top-notch—they’ve never missed an appointment. This summer’s extreme heat caused a few hiccups with my unit, but their prompt response, reliable repairs, and outstanding customer service never disappoint. I truly wouldn’t trust my home’s comfort to anyone else!

As a new Florida resident, your home AC is vital and must be properly maintained, it’s so great to have this piece of mind knowing that I will have my system up and running and keeping us cool year round! I signed up for the twice yearly maintenance plan with FL Air and am very happy with their service!! Brandt was on time, super professional and helpful and answered all of my questions while quickly completing the service and even tolerated my dog acting as his assistant the whole time;)

Absolutely the best around here. Easy to schedule and very quick to respond. They work weekends and nights as needed. Easy to understand, explaining the services and charges. They are very reasonably priced and don't try to up-sell. Honest and dependable!

I had a great experience. Its always nerve-wracking having an AC tech come out because AC is such a non negotiable here and it can get expensive. The tech was great and I had a good experience, Brandt Allshouse is very solid if you're making an appointment here and need a tech

When I bought my new townhouse, the inspector warned me that the A/C unit probably only had about 5 years left on it, since it was the original unit. Fast forward 5 years and right on schedule...the coils freeze up and there's excessive dripping. My folks recommended these guys for their great customer service and they weren't wrong. With a Florida summer right around the corner, I was ready for a replacement. We negotiated a fair price on a new unit and scheduled a convenient time on my calendar for the work to be done. It was over quicker and so much cleaner than I expected in the end. Highly recommend this team!
