On time professional and excellent customer service.

This was my first time using FL Air heating and cooling and they were great. The communication was fantastic, always kept me updated as to timeline. There was a backordered part and they managed to find it and get it installed. Carla who answered the phone took the time to answer ALL my questions, and I had a LOT of them! HA! Alvin was the technician and he did a fantastic job of getting us back up and running! I plan on using them again when needed and would highly recommend giving them a call.

Troy was awesome ! Fast quick and knowledgeable ! He also didn’t rip me off like the other guys ! They are honest workers who deserve the business and understand the hardship! Moving forward no other company I will use ! Thank you guys so much ! I was constantly trying to get ripped off until I found you guys !

Staff were all professional and friendly from start to finish!! They were able to come out same day and quickly schedule services needed. They have gained a customer for life! Shout out to Brandt for making today’s service call informative and stress free. 🙂

My wife and I called this company because we were having issues with our air conditioning unit blowing hot air. I had another company come out before I called Florida air heating and cooling, and I did not get much help, which led me to call this company. Number one I want to say how impressed I was by how quickly they were able to get out to us and whoever it was on the phone that helped me set up. The appointment was amazing. They sent out a young man named Brandt. From the moment he knocked on the door and I answered he was absolutely incredible. He was very informative and letting me know everything that he was going to do and check. And in my personal Opinion He went above and beyond of what he had to do for me and my family. Unfortunately, we found out that we have to get a whole new unit Because our compressor is discontinued. But obviously, that is no fault to this company at all. Brandt wrote us up a quote and again was very informative on what would have to happen and what we could do to replace our system And he was very respectful the whole time. I know I have said a lot in this review, but I really am impressed with this company and the young man that was Sent out to my house. Most people dread these types of services because you know that you’re going to get scammed or somebody’s looking to just make money for themselves. But I truly believe that Brandt enjoys doing what he does, and I can tell that he takes it personal when he cannot help A customer right away. I can tell you this right now we are looking at finances is trying to figure out how we can replace the unit and what we should do, but whatever our next step is, it will include this company! If you’re looking for a heating and air-conditioning company, do yourself a favor and call these people, and I don’t know if you can request somebody to come out but if you can get Brandt I promise you want him! But I’m sure a company like this is full of good service men and women just like him!

He conducted a thorough inspection of our HVAC system and provided a detailed explanation of the issues and recommended solutions. Troy's expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the process. Very professional and kind. Troy came to do a routine maintenance to check the Air conditioner in my place that I had moved into recently. He did a thorough job and made sure that everything is working great for me. I also bought a maintenance plan from the company. I will continue to do business with this company !!!

FL-Air always does a great job with anything they do. They have completed more than one job for us and they do our yearly maintenance. We are always very pleased with the results and the cost is always very reasonable. Anytime I have any heating or air conditioning needs I know who to call. I am very thankful I have found a company that does this type of work they do when I need them.

As a new Florida resident, your home AC is vital and must be properly maintained, it’s so great to have this piece of mind knowing that I will have my system up and running and keeping us cool year round! I signed up for the twice yearly maintenance plan with FL Air and am very happy with their service!! Alvino was on time, super professional and helpful and answered all of my questions while quickly completing the service and even tolerated my dog acting as his assistant the whole time;)

My AC went out this week in August. Got hot fast in the house, but FL-Air came out right away. Needed to order a new part and got next day shipment. Was installed by Brandt and did another wonderful job at a more than fair price. There is a reason this company gets 5 Stars from so many. They are that good. I have used Mark's company since he started. He has built a company with people that convey his same sense of values in terms of quality work, timeliness, fairness, honesty, and integrity. In the HVAC world, that is an amazing thing. I would not use anyone else, and I have tried many others before I found Mark and team. They are the best both in the field and in the office - taking care of customers the same way they would want for themselves!

Good customer service. The technician is knowledgeable, nice and honest. Not like the other companies who were very pushy to sell services or products. Definitely will go back to FL Air Heating & Cooling company when I need and recommend its services.

They have consistently arrived on the earlier side of the promised windows of service faithfully and have completely solved all my heating and air conditioning needs promptly and completely. Our AC went out on us and after contacting FL-Air Heating & Cooling, we were well taken care of. Our service was completed by Alvino and we appreciate him. He was prompt, respectful, and he educated us on recommended the best filters to use for our home. If we experience any other issues, we will definitely contact them again.

Mark, Cody and their team did a great job installing a new packaged A/C unit on the roof of our church. We will use them again.

My ac went off last night. I called to get it fixed at 10:15am, lady on phone told me they could have someone to my house at 11-1pm to diagnose the issue. Guy arrived at 12ish and was done by 12:30. Very friendly, professional, and timely service. Would recommend if you’re having an ac issue.

Mark Lang helped us many times with our air conditioner problems, great company, great people. Highly recommend.
