My tech came out within the time slot I was given and did his thing. He was friendly professional and courteous. He explained everything he had done and made sure I understood what he was explaining to me. I was so pleased with this ONE Tech that I set up maintenance plan with this company because I have to believe ALL their Technicians are going to be of the same caliber.

4/30/2026 Christian and Ryan just completed the 1 year maintenance on my Air Conditioning system. They were both terrific: professional, engaging, informed, and taught me a few things I did not know. They worked well as a team and are both quite knowledgeable- both a testament to great representation of the company they work for. I look forward to having both of them continue to maintain my system in the years to come. Great work, gentlemen! Austin has now been here 2 days in a row still trying to diagnose the reason I have not had AC for almost 2 weeks in this heat. I am confused since I have had 3 companies and all 3 have different answers to that question. Austin is knowledgeable and professional. I hope is is right. More important I hope he can get me AC soon. Now I am waiting for estimates. Hope they are within my budget

We always have a great experience with the guys from FL-Air, now Veteran Air. Kern took care of all our maintenance needs and discussed all the pertinent details of his findings, and included pictures to help me understand what he was telling me, as well as to establish a baseline for future visits.

After I got over the initial shock of finding out that Mark Lang sold Florida Air to Veterans Air, I am feeling much better. Kern was the new associate or technician that came out this Afternoon to fix our plugged drainage line. Having been In executive leadership for nearly 50 years it is very easy for me to recognize talent and integrity in people. Kern has a future. He is living his dream right now. He is absolutely leadership material and I expect he’ll find his way there once the company begins to understand, what a great employee they have on their hands who is not only clean, very dependable and, very honest I am grateful to know Mark sold to a decent company that provides additional services and hope that you will give them a shot because I’m completely satisfied with today’s service!

Very nice and informative Have used them for my maintenance service. Mark was my neighbors son and when I needed a repair he was there in a timely manner. I was able to transfer my maintenance package to my new residence Mark was great about letting it cover my new place. I had an issue with a booking earlier in the week the tech did not call me to let me know he would not be out. It took three calls to be informed of that. Other than that I recommend Mark and his company

This a 2nd update (January 2026) to my earlier reviews. HVAC tech Ryan came to my home just a day or two after FL-Air merged with Veteran Air. My experience with Ryan, who came for routine maintenance on the HVAC system in my home. I was appreciated Ryan's manner which was friendly and professional. I was particularly impressed with his ability to explain to me his findings and answer my questions about the inspection and maintenance he provided. Excellent service. This is an update (July 2025) to my initial review of FL-AIR Heating & Cooling almost a year ago. HVAC tech Brandt came to my home yesterday to perform routine maintenance on our air handler. He arrived on time. His manner was courteous and professional. Brandt's work was both careful and thorough from start to finish. During a previous appointment Brandt noticed that the insulation on the inside of the handler's front panel was peeling off. He spray-glued it back into place and anchored the perimeter with a strong adhesive tape. I appreciate that he pays attention to the details. Before leaving, Brandt gave me a brief verbal summary of all the items he had checked and serviced. In a nutshell, my experience with FL-Air has been excellent. I give them my highest recommendation.

We’ve been with them for awhile and they have always provided great service. Yesterday was the first time we needed to call them over a weekend and their response was nothing less than outstanding. Within 90 minutes of calling they had a technician at the house diagnosing and fixing the issue. From the rep on the phone to the technician onsite, they made us feel like a valued customer.
