Great company to handle my A/C maintenance and repair. Friendly, knowledgeable and fair prices. They are responsive to my needs. I'm very happy with them.

We’ve been with them for awhile and they have always provided great service. Yesterday was the first time we needed to call them over a weekend and their response was nothing less than outstanding. Within 90 minutes of calling they had a technician at the house diagnosing and fixing the issue. From the rep on the phone to the technician onsite, they made us feel like a valued customer.

In the HVAC industry, trustworthy providers are in short supply. Mark is an ouitstanding exception and would never trust anyone else to support my HVAC needs.

I have now hired FLheating and air for three separate occasions. Twice for duct related issues, and most recently for a very complicated upgrade of a very old AC unit.

Their technicians and staff, in particular Brandon have always been consummate professionals. They always gave all reasonable options and what to expect in uncertain areas. Fortunately, their experience and expertise is evident when everything goes perfectly well.

They clearly take tremendous pride in their work, and I would not hesitate to hire them again or refer them to anyone I know.

What a great HAVAC company and service tech. This is the second time I have used them for a service call and they are so honest and efficient with their scheduling, my issue turned out to be minor one and was fixed immediately. I have since signed up for an annual service and maintenance contract which is a great deal.

Mark Lang and his crew are truly the best professional HVAC company I have dealt with in decades. I particularly enjoyed Brandt the tech and will request him as my primary technician. He was kind, thoughtful and really efficient. totally transparent. SO grateful for FL-Air Heating & Cooling! and again they just keep ringing the bell! Brandt is terrific. He came over today and did a wonderful thing and I must say coral spelled KORAL is a fantastic receptionist. It’s very responsive that the entire company is a direct reflection of their owner Mark Lang, who is absolutely incredible: high integrity, trustworthy, and good employees. I endorse this company 1,000,000%.

They are always friendly, always come when they say they will, and have reasonable prices - and best yet, they're honest! After several terrible experiences with other businesses, I'm glad we have chosen FL-Air for our home and our rentals.

Brandt was great. He explained everything and did not try to sell me on service or parts that I did not need. He was diligent and thorough and left his area of work neat and clean. Refreshing to have someone that cares. He even showed before and after pictures of his work. My ac guy retired and as a long time realtor it is good to have someone I can feel good about referring to others again.

In my opinion the company did a great service for me. After I have called and talked with them they sent a technician out and he was here right on time that we agreed upon. He was professional in his duties diagnosing the problem we had with our air conditioning equipment. The parts were ordered, they called and let me know the parts were in and scheduled the time for the technician to come out, the technicians was here on the agreed time. Brandon was our technician who did the diagnosed and did the work installing our parts, he worked very professional steady, and finished in a timely manner. I feel the company should be very proud of Brandon to represent their company the way he did very professional. Their prices were reasonable. I would definitely highly recommend their company. I would definitely use them in the future. I also feel that they have great service plans I would definitely recommend those also.

I keep using this company due to several reasons, they are always prompt either when I have a problem with a/c or when I need maintenance. Next is important to me as this is a trustworthy company that has always been honest with my a/c needs.One more thing is the technicians are the best, they explain and educate you on the a/c, companies don’t take the time for that anymore but this company does.

I recently had a new A/C unit installed by FL-Air and their professionalism, knowledge, and timeliness was phenomenal. The install crew were diligent, meticulous, and helpful to my many questions. Great job. Great company.

Always the best AC company. When you have a problem with your AC and you call Florida Air, they will be there to take care of it. I will never use another AC company. If I could give 100 stars i would.
