Fl Air has a heart! When AC goes out on Friday afternoon they work you in. Professional and highly focused on customer service and satisfaction. Every one of their technicians I've met are courteous, focused on their job, and never leave any mess!

A great place to do business with. Installed my system, maintain it and when something eventually goes wrong, they are the first to call. Nate came over to service my system and did a great job. Explained what he was doing and put up with all my questions. Give the guy a raise.

My AC went out this week in April 2025. Got hot fast in the house, but FL-Air came out right away. Needed to order a new part and got installation scheduled with Brandt who expertly diagnosed the issue. There is a reason this company gets 5 Stars from so many. They are that good. I have used Mark Lange’s company since he started. He has built a company with people that convey his same sense of values in terms of quality work, timeliness, fairness, honesty, and integrity. In the HVAC world, that is an amazing thing. I would not use anyone else, and I have tried many others before I found Mark and team. They are the best both in the field and in the office - taking care of customers the same way they would want for themselves!

After thorough evaluation, with past 2 Attempts at salvaging old Condensor and Air Handler over 2 Years, decision was made to install Brand New System and Work was finished in a DAY and freed from agonizing Hot & Humid wheather. Efficient ,Thorogh,Job
done by Juan and James. Provided details of the new install and promise to register the system with Manufacturer of the equipment for 10 Year Warranty on Parts.

This was for our annual check up. The technician was friendly, professional, and very informative.

Had FL-Air out to check my AC unit because it wasn't working right from a install from a different AC company. They sent Brandon out he was very professional check everything out found out what was wrong and also gave me some suggestions, I now gave cold air. I highly recommend this company.

On time, identified problem and fixed it promptly

Highly recommend FL-Air! I called for routine check up and maintenance since I've used them and had great service before. We ended up doing a project to fix the inequitable air flow in the front and back of the house. Austin Molter was our tech and he was fantastic, explained everything well and gave options for fixes. He was also so kind to our very excitable lab! They are my go to for all HVAC needs.

All techs from FL-Air have been great but Austin takes the cake. He was so knowledgeable, funny and polite. He took his time explaining our AC issue and telling us about our options and his recommendations. I think the job was bigger than he expected but he stuck it out til it was done, cleaned up and took great care of us.

Brandt was very well trained and thorough in identifying problem and quickly fixing it. Cost was justified given time, cost of supplies and expertise. Steven was extremely pleasant and upfront when making call as to what the issue might be and was 100% correct. Would highly recommend and definitely deserve 5-stars.

Our system shut down late yesterday and FL-Air team was here 1st thing this am. Resolved our problem. While here they performed a service as we have a plan…and found our coil had a leak…looked up our product warranty and scheduled replacement for labor only. Brandon Boudreau our service tech was amazing. FL-AIR is a must for all your HVAC needs.

From the initial same-day consultation to the next-day installation, everything went smoothly. All of the techs were knowledgeable and professional. So impressed with their service!

We recently used FL-Air Heating & Cooling for both service call and complete systems replacement. Each experience exceeded our expectation. Everyone involved from tech, to installer, to office personnel was professional, experienced and courteous. We felt they always had our best interest in mind especially in their recommendations and follow up. They were punctual, and accommodating especially in communications. We just had our first maintenance service check and the technician, Bobby Stubbs was awesome, very thorough, knowledgeable and professional! We Just Got Our New A/C Unit Installed! We Did So Much Research, and Met Many Companies. We Finally Decided On FL Air Heating & Cooling. From the start with them, this process has been very organized, helpful, and we have had great communication.

Happy that we could have a cool house and be ready for the hot weather coming real soon. We appreciate everyone who assisted us through this process.

Buying an A/C is not fun, but much needed here. In addition, there’s so many companies, it’s hard to know where to start and which way to go. We got multiple quotes from companies for our new HVAC system last year. FL-Air Heating and Cooling not only gave us the best quote, but was very transparent concerning which system would be the best for our home. They were extremely efficient in installation, and servicing. I had a servicing scheduled for this morning, and I had to change my appointment time slightly due to an emergency, and they accommodated me right away. Everyone there is professional, communicative, courteous and honest. I am so glad we went with this company!

UPDATE: My Unit "froze up" on July 4th. Left message and they called me back at 8 am the next morning. A tech arrived before 8:30. Problem found, temporary fix made, and scheduled to be back to trace the leak this week. Very pleased with the response time and looking forward to getting the leak taken care of.
