Kern, from Veterans Air kept me informed throughout the process for a bi-annual maintenance. He showed up on time, completed the maintenance and shared reports with me. The ac is a new unit, and under maintenance program.

Quick, thorough, competent and cordial. Office should have supplied him with Annual Filter that we have used for the last 20 years.

He did a great job. The total price seemed a bit overpriced given the price for the part was about $200 and I assume the rest was trip charge and labor. The total was a little over $900 for a job that took about 1.5 hours. All that being said, the tech and service was great. If they bring down the cost on these jobs they will probably get more recommendations for potential customers.

Amir was very professional and courteous. He clearly explained the condition of my system. He gave me several options on selecting the maintenance that was required. I would highly recommend Amir for services needed.

Technician Kenny was pleasant and polite. I am very pleased with his work. He assisted me in setting the 5, 2 thermostat settings. He completed a detailed and thorough inspection and reviewed his findings with me so I could understand them clearly, using picture evidence.

My technician Mr Gerald was professional and informative his timing was on point he did a great job by replacing faulty wire in thermostat and stated I’ve been doing a great job with my maintenance at home I recommend them 100%😊

Robert was prompt, friendly, and explained everything he was going to do. He gave me some useful tips. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself. This was part of our A/C maintenance plan, so there was no fee on this visit.
