FL Air does a great job on my house. They have installed two main AC units for the two floors of the home, and a mini-split AC unit for my workshop. Their techs do a fantastic job and are very focused on customer service. I appreciate their professionalism. Brandt is my regular tech who comes out and inspects all the AC units - he is very knowledgeable and friendly and always does a terrific job. Thanks FL Air!

March 20024They're still providing outstanding service! It's been a year since FL-Air first visit and they have been great ever since, never let us down. The 5-ton Reem system installed last summer is terrific. Service continues to be top notch.July - August 2023Late June the AC stopped working again. Way too many service vists over the past three years. Mark's crew got it up and running but it was on it's last legs, the old compressor and the attic air handler had to go. A few days later, new Reem 5-ton A/C! They've been back a few times fine tuning the installation, system, and ductwork. Everyone from the office staff, the owner and each technician have been polite, friendly and informative. We highly recommend FL-Air!1st visit March 2023Late Friday evening one of our A/C systems stopped working. Our regular AC guy was out of town, he recommended I call Mark. Best advice he ever gave me. Mark was here 1st thing Saturday morning. An hour later our system was back up and running! He explained the old system was not going to last much longer, though. He even checked out our other system. Terrific experience!

After purchasing a home, we soon discovered severe issues with the entire AC system. We brought in a different company for inspection, which charged us $500 to refill the freon without even checking for leaks- an issue they discovered on their second visit. We decided not to continue with their services after that. We then got in touch with FL-Air Heating and Cooling and were reassured from our initial meeting with Mark that we were in capable hands. Mark was straightforward, upfront, and not pushy. We immensely appreciated that they conducted the initial assessment for free as it was a second opinion.In the end, there was no escaping the need for a new system considering the multitude of problems we were facing. We understood this fact even before contacting an expert. Long-term repairs simply wouldn't have fixed these issues; the system was beyond repair. FL-Air Heating and Cooling were able to fit us into their schedule within a few days. Their technicians arrived precisely on time on the day of installation and demonstrated substantial knowledge. They patiently answered all our questions, finished the installation within the day, and cleared all the resultant mess. They ensured we fully understood everything and had no other questions before leaving.When you have to invest a significant amount on such replacements, you want a company that's reliable and honest. Look no further!
