Made a mistake, not knowing about AC. Heat exchangers. Nothing wrong with the unit after explaining what was going on. Cost me for service call to tell me heat exchangers on ac units work in conjunction with furnace. Lesson learned.

Truth be told it cost us more than that to send a qualified technician out. Excellent services!!! Had an issue with the heat not kicking in, called FL-air heating & cooling and they were able to dispatch an technician out in just a couple of hours, the tech was amazing too, checked the system out and was able to get the heat back on in a timely fashion.!!! 5stars!!

I used FL-Air to replace 2 heat pumps in my home and they did a great job. They were very accomodating we worked together to get what I needed. I know they appreciated my business, and will gladly send anyone needing HVAC work their way.

A great place to do business with. Installed my system, maintain it and when something eventually goes wrong, they are the first to call. Nate came over to service my system and did a great job. Explained what he was doing and put up with all my questions. Give the guy a raise.

We recently used FL-Air Heating & Cooling for both service call and complete systems replacement. Each experience exceeded our expectation. Everyone involved from tech, to installer, to office personnel was professional, experienced and courteous. We felt they always had our best interest in mind especially in their recommendations and follow up. They were punctual, and accommodating especially in communications. We will also be using their ongoing maintenance program. We highly recommend FL-Air Heating & Cooling for all HVAC needs.

They weren't able to service my AC unit since it was a chiller system; however, I appreciated their honesty. Also, they did not charge for a service call. I will definitely consider them if I need work on my home AC in the future. It was also easy to contact someone and schedule an appointment.

The installers were very professional, polite and respectful. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star rating is because there was a miscommunication from the person who gave us the initial estimate. Overall, the customer service was good.

Rob Vela performed the maintenance on my AC. He was thoughtful, courteous, and very professional. He gave me some advise and tips on how to protect my AC from power surges. He is a good guy!

Alvino, the tech, arrived early, was very professional and was very clear on the problem and the next step. He answered all of my many questions without an attitude, and with eye contact and a smile.(Something rare today) I would highly recommend this company if you want professional, knowledge and a "can do" attitude during a very stressful time.EJ

I chose FL-Air Heating & Cooling based on a recommended from a neighbor saying they had great customer service. The AC unit at my rental property stopped working and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Alvino was punctual and very easy to talk to, he understood my concerns and was sympathetic to my situation. I appreciate that FL-Air Heating & Cooling has tools to keep the customer informed...for example, I received text notifications confirming my appt, when the technician was on their way, and once the appt was concluded. The invoice and estimate was emailed quickly as well. Highly recommend FL-Air Heating & Cooling.

Very efficient at installation. Friendly and informative. Reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend them.UPDATE: My Unit "froze up" on July 4th. Left message and they called me back at 8 am the next morning. A tech arrived before 8:30. Problem found, temporary fix made, and scheduled to be back to trace the leak this week. Very pleased with the response time and looking forward to getting the leak taken care of.11-14-2024: Friendly, efficient service.11-22-2024: semi-annual maintenance complete.
