Throughout the maintenance process he was informing me of current and potential issues so I could make informed decision. In addition he provided pictures for my clarity. I highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs. Brandon was timely and very professional, worked to ensure system was ready for the fall/winter months. In my opinion the company did a great service for me. After I have called and talked with them they sent a technician out and he was here right on time that we agreed upon. He was professional in his duties diagnosing the problem we had with our air conditioning equipment. The parts were ordered, they called and let me know the parts were in and scheduled the time for the technician to come out, the technicians was here on the agreed time. Brandon was our technician who did the diagnosed and did the work installing our parts, he worked very professional steady, and finished in a timely manner. I feel the company should be very proud of Brandon to represent their company the way he did very professional. Their prices were reasonable. I would definitely highly recommend their company. I would definitely use them in the future. I also feel that they have great service plans I would definitely recommend those also.

Very professional great job

Today Brandon Boudreau with Fl-Air Heating & Cooling did 3 and a half hours of hot sweaty work in my attic removing years of growth and just nastiness from the two air handlers in my south Tampa attic. This entailed basically disassembling both handlers, removing and cleaning both blowers, cleaning electrical and all surfaces. He further installed UV lights in both units to prevent future buildups. He worked tirelessly and quietly.

I’ve used Fl-Air Heating & Cooling for years now. They are big enough to meets our needs and keep their Techs up to date, but they are still small enough to be responsive when we need them the most. Their Techs are friendly, professional and respectful and their prices are very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Technician Bobby was punctual and personable. He performed a maintenance on my AC. He answered any questions I had. I am very pleased with the work Bobby did and FL-Air as a whole. Thank you!

These people really know their stuff and care about doing a good job. My problem was complex as my copper lines routed thru walls failed and had to be rerouted. The owner actually came out to see that it was done right.

Lareik was amazing, fixed the clogged condensate line, and got our unit running amazing. About 2 weeks prior he also helped my parents save 4000 dollars, as he provided a second opinion. Another HVAC company told my parents that the entire unit had to be replaced, it is a two year old unit. Lareik diagnosed the unit, was able to find the issue was a bad capacitor, which he replaced all in less than 30 mins when the previous company spent over an hour diagnosing the unit.

Our air-conditioning went down. Brandon was there within 3hrs and the system was up and running again within an hour. Absolutely amazing service and professionalism. Not had service like this ever before.

FL - Air Heating & Cooling installed our new A/C system and duct work and did our 6 month follow up maintenance. They are always very professional and courteous. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service from Brandon. He came out, fitting me into a busy day, but was able to finish before his next appointment. Instead, he swung by on his way home from work, working the extra hours to make sure I had my ac. Brandon is a very experienced and smart worker, who was able to diagnose my problem quickly and efficiently.

I will definitely be working with Brandon again!
