Arrived early after letting me know. Was very polite and went above and beyond on getting our AC where it should be. I have used this company before and I have always been very pleased with the people they send out and also getting me in sometimes the same day. Great service! I was late because I was at long term facility with my husband was just admitted a few days ago, we are both in a state of, so I never want to leave him there. I was so engrossed with his that I forgot my appointment. When I realized that I was going to be late I panicked and rushed home. When I got near my house I realized that the service worker was waiting for me. I got very emotional because he was very kind to me and he didn’t know anything about my husband’s new change of life. Boy, did I need that this compassionate moment!

When concern was raised, Owner Mark Lang showed up personally to inspect the repairs carried out by his associates, building confidence, and credibility to the work.

Called FL-Air because my A/C was not running properly. Was told they would be out in a few hours that they can fit me in. They did not lie. Mark, the owner showed up himself within a few hours and had my A/C up and running. Checked out the rest of the system and gave me some pointers. Very knowledgeable and went right to work.

The service was excellent, punctual, and reliable.

Had condensation coming out of my air handler in a 2 story home. I called and ask them if this was normal. Was worried because I have had drain li es get clogged in the past. They were pro active and came out a few hours later to check in the air handler. They back their work and always honest. I will support their business and give them the best reviews!! Would recommend them for any repairs needed or a new unit installed!!

I’ve been using FL-Air for the last 3-4 years and have been very happy with their service. What I most appreciate is that they do not try to upsell you every time they do maintenance unlike other companies I have used. The service I received from my initial dealing with Tony through our install with Travis and Dustin were great! All responded quickly to our emergency and provided excellent service. Travis took pride in his work and explained all issues and took the time to take us through our new system. All were true professionals who provided excellent service at a fair price. Highly recommend!

Excellent from start to finish. Within 3 hours of flling out a request online, Brandon came to give us a second opinion on a quote for full system replacement. He confirmed we needed a new system, and proposed 4 options. We chose the best option, which directly compared with the original company quote was $9,000 cheaper! Installation was in two business days. The crew did an excellent job of removal and replacement, with exceptional cleanliness and no damage to our home. Nate came to install the Wi-FI thermostat and the system is running great. Top notch experience from start to finish.
