They are always friendly, always come when they say they will, and have reasonable prices - and best yet, they're honest! After several terrible experiences with other businesses, I'm glad we have chosen FL-Air for our home and our rentals.

Brandt was great. He explained everything and did not try to sell me on service or parts that I did not need. He was diligent and thorough and left his area of work neat and clean. Refreshing to have someone that cares. He even showed before and after pictures of his work. My ac guy retired and as a long time realtor it is good to have someone I can feel good about referring to others again.

In my opinion the company did a great service for me. After I have called and talked with them they sent a technician out and he was here right on time that we agreed upon. He was professional in his duties diagnosing the problem we had with our air conditioning equipment. The parts were ordered, they called and let me know the parts were in and scheduled the time for the technician to come out, the technicians was here on the agreed time. Brandon was our technician who did the diagnosed and did the work installing our parts, he worked very professional steady, and finished in a timely manner. I feel the company should be very proud of Brandon to represent their company the way he did very professional. Their prices were reasonable. I would definitely highly recommend their company. I would definitely use them in the future. I also feel that they have great service plans I would definitely recommend those also.

I keep using this company due to several reasons, they are always prompt either when I have a problem with a/c or when I need maintenance. Next is important to me as this is a trustworthy company that has always been honest with my a/c needs.One more thing is the technicians are the best, they explain and educate you on the a/c, companies don’t take the time for that anymore but this company does.

I recently had a new A/C unit installed by FL-Air and their professionalism, knowledge, and timeliness was phenomenal. The install crew were diligent, meticulous, and helpful to my many questions. Great job. Great company.

What a great HAVAC company and service tech. This is the second time I have used them for a service call and they are so honest and efficient with their scheduling, my issue turned out to be minor one and was fixed immediately. I have since signed up for an annual service and maintenance contract which is a great deal.

Always the best AC company. When you have a problem with your AC and you call Florida Air, they will be there to take care of it. I will never use another AC company. If I could give 100 stars i would.

Brandon did a great job of providing maintenance service, as did Nate last week when air handler wiring needed to be fixed.

Very efficient at installation. Friendly and informative. Reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend them.

UPDATE: My Unit "froze up" on July 4th. Left message and they called me back at 8 am the next morning. A tech arrived before 8:30. Problem found, temporary fix made, and scheduled to be back to trace the leak this week. Very pleased with the response time and looking forward to getting the leak taken care of.

11-14-2024: Friendly, efficient service.

11-22-2024: semi-annual maintenance complete.

03-26-2025: semi-annual maintenance complete. No problems.

11-17-2025: Just had my semi-annual maintenance done. As expected, no problems and service was great.

FL-Air was professional, but I wish they had told me that they have no experience with the type A/C that I have Amana PTAC.

He cleaned the outside unit removing the leaves that got in there
He also answered all of our questions very well regarding further service to our unit like adding the mold control feature

It was time for our AC maintenance check that was part of our maintenance plan. Our service man showed up on time and did a thorough maintenance check on our system! We were impressed by the prompt service and knowledgeable service personnel. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family!
