We signed up for the maintenance agreement. Jose was professional, informative and gave us lots of options for the repair/replacement. No pressure sales. No I highly recommend them, plus veterans get a discount!

Excellent customer service. Amir and Jadon, the technicians, were so clean and thorough. They were right on time and they took their time with me to explain what they were doing and gave me tips for how to take care of my unit throughout the summer.

Kern, from Veterans Air kept me informed throughout the process for a bi-annual maintenance. He showed up on time, completed the maintenance and shared reports with me. The ac is a new unit, and under maintenance program.
