In my opinion the company did a great service for me. After I have called and talked with them they sent a technician out and he was here right on time that we agreed upon. He was professional in his duties diagnosing the problem we had with our air conditioning equipment. The parts were ordered, they called and let me know the parts were in and scheduled the time for the technician to come out, the technicians was here on the agreed time. Brandon was our technician who did the diagnosed and did the work installing our parts, he worked very professional steady, and finished in a timely manner. I feel the company should be very proud of Brandon to represent their company the way he did very professional. Their prices were reasonable. I would definitely highly recommend their company. I would definitely use them in the future. I also feel that they have great service plans I would definitely recommend those also.

I keep using this company due to several reasons, they are always prompt either when I have a problem with a/c or when I need maintenance. Next is important to me as this is a trustworthy company that has always been honest with my a/c needs.One more thing is the technicians are the best, they explain and educate you on the a/c, companies don’t take the time for that anymore but this company does.

I recently had a new A/C unit installed by FL-Air and their professionalism, knowledge, and timeliness was phenomenal. The install crew were diligent, meticulous, and helpful to my many questions. Great job. Great company.

What a great HAVAC company and service tech. This is the second time I have used them for a service call and they are so honest and efficient with their scheduling, my issue turned out to be minor one and was fixed immediately. I have since signed up for an annual service and maintenance contract which is a great deal.

Always the best AC company. When you have a problem with your AC and you call Florida Air, they will be there to take care of it. I will never use another AC company. If I could give 100 stars i would.

Very efficient at installation. Friendly and informative. Reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend them.

UPDATE: My Unit "froze up" on July 4th. Left message and they called me back at 8 am the next morning. A tech arrived before 8:30. Problem found, temporary fix made, and scheduled to be back to trace the leak this week. Very pleased with the response time and looking forward to getting the leak taken care of.

03-26-2025: semi-annual maintenance complete. No problems.

11-17-2025: Just had my semi-annual maintenance done. As expected, no problems and service was great.

FL-Air was professional, but I wish they had told me that they have no experience with the type A/C that I have Amana PTAC.

FL-Air always does a great job with anything they do. They have completed more than one job for us and they do our yearly maintenance. We are always very pleased with the results and the cost is always very reasonable. Anytime I have any heating or air conditioning needs I know who to call. Austin has now been here 2 days in a row still trying to diagnose the reason I have not had AC for almost 2 weeks in this heat. I am confused since I have had 3 companies and all 3 have different answers to that question. Austin is knowledgeable and professional. I hope is is right. More important I hope he can get me AC soon.
Now I am waiting for estimates. Hope they are within my budget

Today’s visit by Brandon was scheduled to check on Newly installed RHEEM 2 Ton Heat Pump in August 2025. Brandon was thorough and went over Condenser,Air handler,Duct work,Insulation in the Attic as well as Thermostat.

Very accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. It’s nice to know there are still locally owned businesses that you can trust and rely upon. Highly recommend!
