When I bought my new townhouse, the inspector warned me that the A/C unit probably only had about 5 years left on it, since it was the original unit. Fast forward 5 years and right on schedule...the coils freeze up and there's excessive dripping. My folks recommended these guys for their great customer service and they weren't wrong. With a Florida summer right around the corner, I was ready for a replacement. We negotiated a fair price on a new unit and scheduled a convenient time on my calendar for the work to be done. It was over quicker and so much cleaner than I expected in the end. Highly recommend this team!

Our outside unit suddenly stopped working on a Saturday evening during peak summer heat. Couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism from this company and the technician I worked with, Brandt. They came out within a few hours of my call to give a second opinion/quote on a part a different company claimed I needed. Brandt did a thorough evaluation and instead of trying to sell me an unnecessary part/service like the other company, was honest and said that my system is running well and nothing is needed. Speaking from experience with multiple other companies, honestly like this is much harder to come by than it should be. I will be going with FL-Air Heating & Cooling from here on out and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy company that will not try to take advantage of you.
