Good honest caring companies are hard to find FL – Air Heating & Cooling has been that and more for us for over a year we’ve used them for maintenance and repairs they’ve always showed up on time and get straight to the problem no pressure tactics ! Mark has even tried to help me fight my home warranty to cover my replacement even though he doesn’t work with them and wouldn’t get that job if approved ♡♡ make them your go to company too you wont be disappointed!

When I bought my new townhouse, the inspector warned me that the A/C unit probably only had about 5 years left on it, since it was the original unit. Fast forward 5 years and right on schedule...the coils freeze up and there's excessive dripping. My folks recommended these guys for their great customer service and they weren't wrong. With a Florida summer right around the corner, I was ready for a replacement. We negotiated a fair price on a new unit and scheduled a convenient time on my calendar for the work to be done. It was over quicker and so much cleaner than I expected in the end. Highly recommend this team!

They came out within a few hours of my call to give a second opinion/quote on a part a different company claimed I needed. Brandt did a thorough evaluation and instead of trying to sell me an unnecessary part/service like the other company, was honest and said that my system is running well and nothing is needed. Speaking from experience with multiple other companies, honestly like this is much harder to come by than it should be.
