In my opinion the company did a great service for me. After I have called and talked with them they sent a technician out and he was here right on time that we agreed upon. He was professional in his duties diagnosing the problem we had with our air conditioning equipment. The parts were ordered, they called and let me know the parts were in and scheduled the time for the technician to come out, the technicians was here on the agreed time. Brandon was our technician who did the diagnosed and did the work installing our parts, he worked very professional steady, and finished in a timely manner. I feel the company should be very proud of Brandon to represent their company the way he did very professional. Their prices were reasonable. I would definitely highly recommend their company. I would definitely use them in the future. I also feel that they have great service plans I would definitely recommend those also.

This is the second time I have used them for a service call and they are so honest and efficient with their scheduling, my issue turned out to be minor one and was fixed immediately. UPDATE: My Unit "froze up" on July 4th. Left message and they called me back at 8 am the next morning. A tech arrived before 8:30. Problem found, temporary fix made, and scheduled to be back to trace the leak this week. Very pleased with the response time and looking forward to getting the leak taken care of.

11-14-2024: Friendly, efficient service.

11-22-2024: semi-annual maintenance complete.

03-26-2025: semi-annual maintenance complete. No problems.

11-17-2025: Just had my semi-annual maintenance done. As expected, no problems and service was great.
