He was honest, punctual and even came back the next day to do some checking in

Came home from my grocery shopping to a hot home. I called another company about 2pm and had a service scheduled between 8-9pm. By 9:30 at night and a steamy 85 degrees no one arrived. I called to see if they were still coming and was told she scheduled incorrectly and the tech could no longer come out that night. Here it is on a Sunday night, the day before the 1st day of school . After jumping on Thumbtack and sending a request at about 10:30pm Mark came to our rescue. Got to my house when he said he would, called me 20 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on the way. Came out at 12:30 and left at 1:30 am and I had cold ac again. Mark took the time to explain to my husband what he was doing as he was doing it. He was honest, punctual and even came back the next day to do some checking in and make sure everything was still working properly. Mark will be the only one we call for now on and I highly recommend the company should you have a need for ac repair or maintenance or just need to have a knowledgeable person to assist you.

This a 2nd update (January 2026) to my earlier reviews. HVAC tech Ryan came to my home just a day or two after FL-Air merged with Veteran Air. My experience with Ryan, who came for routine maintenance on the HVAC system in my home. I was appreciated Ryan's manner which was friendly and professional. I was particularly impressed with his ability to explain to me his findings and answer my questions about the inspection and maintenance he provided. Excellent service.

This is an update (July 2025) to my initial review of FL-AIR Heating & Cooling almost a year ago. HVAC tech Brandt came to my home yesterday to perform routine maintenance on our air handler. He arrived on time. His manner was courteous and professional. Brandt's work was both careful and thorough from start to finish.

During a previous appointment Brandt noticed that the insulation on the inside of the handler's front panel was peeling off. He spray-glued it back into place and anchored the perimeter with a strong adhesive tape. I appreciate that he pays attention to the details.

Before leaving, Brandt gave me a brief verbal summary of all the items he had checked and serviced. In a nutshell, my experience with FL-Air has been excellent. I give them my highest recommendation.

We’ve been with them for awhile and they have always provided great service. Yesterday was the first time we needed to call them over a weekend and their response was nothing less than outstanding. Within 90 minutes of calling they had a technician at the house diagnosing and fixing the issue. From the rep on the phone to the technician onsite, they made us feel like a valued customer.

I have now hired FLheating and air for three separate occasions. Twice for duct related issues, and most recently for a very complicated upgrade of a very old AC unit.

Their technicians and staff, in particular Brandon have always been consummate professionals. They always gave all reasonable options and what to expect in uncertain areas. Fortunately, their experience and expertise is evident when everything goes perfectly well.

They clearly take tremendous pride in their work, and I would not hesitate to hire them again or refer them to anyone I know.

What a great HAVAC company and service tech. This is the second time I have used them for a service call and they are so honest and efficient with their scheduling, my issue turned out to be minor one and was fixed immediately. In my opinion the company did a great service for me. After I have called and talked with them they sent a technician out and he was here right on time that we agreed upon. He was professional in his duties diagnosing the problem we had with our air conditioning equipment. The parts were ordered, they called and let me know the parts were in and scheduled the time for the technician to come out, the technicians was here on the agreed time. Brandon was our technician who did the diagnosed and did the work installing our parts, he worked very professional steady, and finished in a timely manner. I feel the company should be very proud of Brandon to represent their company the way he did very professional. Their prices were reasonable. I would definitely highly recommend their company. I would definitely use them in the future. I also feel that they have great service plans I would definitely recommend those also.
