Mark really went above and beyond what any other company would have done and did it all with a smile!

Fl-Air came when my A/C was not cooling and Mark offered a solution to get it going. Did not press or use any tactics to scare me into a new unit. Really, the unit was over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. I got several quotes and spent so much time researching the cost of a new replacement. I was impressed with the courtesy and efficiency on the service call, so I scheduled my install with Fl-Air. I couldn’t be happier with my new A/C and I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received. Mark really went above and beyond what any other company would have done and did it all with a smile! He is very polite, professional and efficient. Even the county inspector said, “It’s nice when they do a good job.” Thank you so much!

I never had a feeling that he was trying to sell me a new AC.

Mark is a very fine professional. Nice guy. The tech he brought with is also cool. They responded so quick. Arrived on time. The job is simple, it’s just a capacitor replacement. Price is fair. Did the job with professionalism. I also asked him to look at a broken 20-year-old AC in the garage and he gave me sound recommendations that make sense. I never had a feeling that he was trying to sell me a new AC. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Excellent from start to finish. Within 3 hours of flling out a request online, Brandon came to give us a second opinion on a quote for full system replacement. He confirmed we needed a new system, and proposed 4 options. We chose the best option, which directly compared with the original company quote was $9,000 cheaper! Installation was in two business days. The crew did an excellent job of removal and replacement, with exceptional cleanliness and no damage to our home. Nate came to install the Wi-FI thermostat and the system is running great. Top notch experience from start to finish.
