Mark just left was very nice and professional arrived early didn’t force any extra services made some suggestion to address my concerns about efficiency. While talking He noticed that the company my home warranty had sent out didn’t replace the air filter!! its been at least 3 weeks I didn’t pay attention cause they said they replaced it. When I bought my new townhouse, the inspector warned me that the A/C unit probably only had about 5 years left on it, since it was the original unit. Fast forward 5 years and right on schedule...the coils freeze up and there's excessive dripping. My folks recommended these guys for their great customer service and they weren't wrong. With a Florida summer right around the corner, I was ready for a replacement. We negotiated a fair price on a new unit and scheduled a convenient time on my calendar for the work to be done. It was over quicker and so much cleaner than I expected in the end. Highly recommend this team!

They came out within a few hours of my call to give a second opinion/quote on a part a different company claimed I needed. Brandt did a thorough evaluation and instead of trying to sell me an unnecessary part/service like the other company, was honest and said that my system is running well and nothing is needed. Speaking from experience with multiple other companies, honestly like this is much harder to come by than it should be. This is an update to my initial review of FL-AIR Heating & Cooling almost a year ago. HVAC tech Brandt came to my home yesterday to perform routine maintenance on our air handler. He arrived on time. His manner was courteous and professional. Brandt's work was both careful and thorough from start to finish.

During a previous appointment Brandt noticed that the insulation on the inside of the handler's front panel was peeling off. He spray-glued it back into place and anchored the perimeter with a strong adhesive tape. I appreciate that he pays attention to the details.

Before leaving, Brandt gave me a brief verbal summary of all the items he had checked and serviced. In a nutshell, my experience with FL-Air has been excellent. I give them my highest recommendation.

My first experience with FL-Air Heating and Cooling was when I called for my mother to have her A/C serviced. I was so impressed with the customer service and professionalism. I have since called them on multiple occasions for my mother's A/C repairs and for my own service and repairs. They have extended office hours, which is convenient for those that work during regular business hours. The office staff and the technicians are very friendly and have gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs as quickly as possible. Brandt has been our technician each time we've needed someone to come out, and we love him! He is so courteous and always explains everything in great detail, so that we fully understand what the issues are and what can be done to fix them.
