Mark came to do service on my A/C unit. He stayed in communication with me, he was professional and thorough when explaining my issue. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciated that. I felt he valued me as a customer. I would recommend anyone with heating and cooling maintenance or issue to use this company.

Mark came out for a problem with my HVAC system. I had no idea what was wrong. Mark took the time to check things out, and found my issue. He had to order the part, but came out a day we had discussed, and finished the job. The price seemed more than fair, and the quality of work is fantastic! One of the best, if not the best, heating and cooling companies in the Tampa region. They are very prompt, always friendly, provide great service and are reasonably priced. I have three HVAC units and FL-Air has serviced them for two years while replacing one. Every staff member I have interacted with whether it be by phone, e-mail or in-person service technicians has been fantastic. If you need service, replacement or just preventative maintenance, call them. You will be pleased and perhaps even pleasantly surprised at the great experience you will have with FL-Air, maintaining your A/C in the Florida heat and humidity.

Both Carla (the lady who called me back and scheduled someone to come out same day) and Brandt A. (the guy who came out to fix our issue) were both super polite and professional!
I’m currently house sitting for my parents, and their ac started turning itself off and on. Called multiple places, unfortunately it was late evening and everyone was closed already, and then I called FL-Air and Carla called me back this morning to schedule for someone to come out when no one else did!
I love the texting system where they let you know who is coming, the estimated time, and even a picture once they’re on their way so you know who your maintenance person will be.
Brandt was amazing, explaining everything, very polite and professional; he wrote down everything my parents might need to know about what he did and how their ac unit is doing.
Just overall a wonderful experience. Personally I’m currently with another ac company for my house (locked in with their maintenance plan for the year), but after this year if I have any issues I’ll definitely be using these guys instead.

I am confused since I have had 3 companies and all 3 have different answers to that question. Austin is knowledgeable and professional. I hope is is right.
