Florida Air was recommended by a friend.I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.Polite, professional men who worked in a hot attic for more than a day.As a special touch they placed white rocks all around the new slab for the outside unit.I would highly recommend this company.There are not enough stars to rate this company!Their service is beyond what I expected.True professionals. We had our ductwork done by FL-Air and had a great experience from the beginning to the end. Coral and Steve at the office were very helpful and communicative. They answered all our questions and responded quickly. The technicians were knowledgeable and respectful. Gage specially was amazing. Very thorough, responsible, knowledgeable and polite. They made sure to cover areas and even offered to clean up. 100% would recommend.

FL HVAC installed a completely new system in our 2200 sq ft residence in May 2023. On July 11 the fan was running but the system was not cooling. I called at 8am. Ryan arrived at 12pm. The system automatically shut down by design due to blockage in the drain line. Ryan had it cleared and rechecked the entire system. All is 100% fine. No charge due to the warranty and service agreement. I was impressed the first time I met and talked to the owner Mark when he consulted about our issues which led to replacing the builder grade unit we had for 11 years. From the people who answer the phone to everyone I've met employed by this local company I give 5 stars not only for professionalism and responsiveness, but treating me as a respected and client. My Ac stopped cooling the house late last night my thermostat was reading 80 degrees. I called the after hours line and had to leave a voicemail. I was originally upset because I wasn’t sure if my voicemail would be handled in a timely manner. I planned to call first thing in the morning to speak to someone regarding my issue. I was pleasantly surprised when I woke up to a text message stating David Masters is schedule to arrive between 10-12 today. I also received text messages letting me know he was in route to my home. When he arrived he was professional, and got right to the issue. My maintenance was due at the end of this month and he went ahead and handled that for me as well since he was here. He was very informative and provided me with maintenance tips to try to prevent any further issues with our system. He was in and out within 1 hr and my house is already cooling down. I am so thankful for this company. GREAT SERVICE

My AC hadn’t run in 3 days and I had already hit the outside pipe with the shop vac. I made an appt to have a tech come out and was assigned Robert. He was running late from a previous appt and he called to let me know. He asked me to explain what was going on and as I was explaining he asked me to go to the unit and pull the safety switch up out of the pipe. All of a sudden my unit turned on. Turns out, all I needed to do was dry out the elbow with paper towel. Robert was so incredibly helpful and called after he was done with his job to see if I still needed him to come by. While I didn’t get to fully use your service this time, your company will be who I call from now on for service and maintenance. Thank you!!!
Great job by David on my systems maintenance check. He uncovered issues I did not know about and thoroughly explained everything to me. It was a very comprehensive check up. David is a true professional with over 30 years experience in what he does. I appreciate the straight forward review and explanations with NO sales pitch. This is a well run company that takes pride in honesty. Integrity, and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend them. I have used them from their beginning after a lot of bad experiences with their competitors.
